Our email hosting platform is designed to be used for standard business communications. Additionally, there are recipient limits on outbound messages to prevent abuse. Our storage space starts at 30 GB per user mailbox in MailSafi Basic. MailSafi Enterprise storage starts at 50 GB per user/mailbox and an extra 50 GB for team collaboration file.

MailSafi Email Security is designed to protect user mailboxes, hosted servers, on-premise servers and networks from both inbound and outbound email security threats. It also works in shared hosting environments.

Please note that if you sign up for any MailSafi Email Hosting service, it will come with our full suite of MailSafi Email Security services. You will not have to sign up for this separately.

If you need this as an independent addition to your current set up, you can still sign up for our MailSafi Email Security service. MailSafi Email Security is compatible with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), MDaemon, Zimbra, Postfix and other cloud-based email or shared hosting platforms.

To start using MailSafi Email Security service: -

2. Add your domain, users, and your mail server full qualified domain name (FQDN) or IP address.

3. Change DNS MX record for your domain to point to our infrastructure.

4. Allow 72 hours due to DNS propagation to start seeing a drop in spam.

Yes, the MailSafi admin panel gives you full control over spam filtering. We allow you to manage all spam filtering settings at the domain and account levels including spam score thresholds, allowed language and character sets, delivery/handling preferences for spam marked messages and whitelists/blacklists.

Yes, while we do utilize server side antivirus and spam filtering software, it is always good practice to scan messages on the user computer side as well.
